Data we collect
When you email, call, or submit a contact form, we may store your name, email address, phone number, neighbourhood, project notes, and apartment measurements needed to quote wardrobe work.
On the website we may store a consent preference in local storage under the key joyfulnesting_ls_consent_stockholm. If you accept analytics cookies, we may collect coarse usage data such as pages viewed and approximate region — never payment card numbers via this site.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries — legitimate interest and, where you request a quote, steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Delivering wardrobe projects — performance of contract, including scheduling installs in Stockholm apartments.
- Invoicing and bookkeeping — legal obligation under Swedish accounting rules.
- Cookie preferences and optional analytics — consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.
Retention
Enquiry records without a project are kept up to 24 months. Active client files and invoices follow statutory bookkeeping periods in Sweden (normally seven years for accounting material). Cookie consent choices remain until you clear browser storage or contact us to reset them.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share necessary details with joinery partners, installers, or transport firms solely to complete your wardrobe order. Hosting and email providers process data under agreements that require confidentiality. Transfers outside the EEA occur only with appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful use. Complaints may be lodged with Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), Sweden’s data protection authority.
